The photography focused on her natural presence—reating a visual archive that complements the delicate, introspective quality of her music.

Fujii Kaze’s appearance at the Apollo Theater was a long-overdue in-person meeting. The audience already knew the songs—The persona he brings—loose, warm, impish—closes the distance quickly, turning a globally known artist into someone his fans can feel personally connected to.
For international acts with strong digital reach but limited U.S. appearances, moments like this matter. The live connection helps turn remote fandom into a real relationship with the audience.

Migguel Angelo
(2007-2025+)
A season of chartacters
Migguel Anggelo performs as a shape-shifting stage persona built from cabaret glamour, opera training, and theatrical drag. Onstage he moves through a series of heightened characters—divas, matadors, aging crooners, melodramatic lovers—using costume changes, exaggerated gesture, and multilingual singing to slip between identities. The persona is deliberately larger than life: dramatic, seductive, sometimes comic, pulling from Latin bolero tradition, European cabaret, and queer performance. Rather than staying in one role, he treats the stage like a revolving set of archetypes, using each character to play with ideas of masculinity, romance, exile, and performance itself.
Keenan O’Meara
