Experienced Visuals is a year long partner with Bryant Park, primarily activating around a number of seasonal activaitons.
SPRING / Summer
During the summer, Experienced Visuals plays a vital role in documenting Bryant Park’s musical and dance performance events, which are designed to encourage audience engagement, physical activity, and performative excellence. By capturing these lively moments, Experienced Visuals helps highlight the park's vibrant atmosphere and the joy these events bring to the community. Their work showcases the dynamic interplay between performers and the audience, emphasizing the park's role as a hub of cultural activity.
FALL
The most active months for the Park are when the weather is most comforatble, in the Fall seasons, many public music events and or dance lessions take place on the lawn.

As the seasons change, Experienced Visuals shifts focus to documenting Bryant Park's winter activities. This includes capturing the unique experiences offered at the park's one-of-a-kind ice rink in the heart of Manhattan. Beyond the rink, they create appealing imagery for the many vendors and stores throughout the plaza, highlighting the warm treats and holiday gifts available. These visuals are essential for promoting the festive atmosphere and drawing visitors to the seasonal fair.
Bryant Park Tree Lighting
The Bryant Park Conservancy specifically requests that Experienced Visuals focus on dynamic moments and ensure rapid delivery of images from the events. These images are crucial for the seasonal announcements and are used in conjunction with Bank of America’s promotions. The timely and engaging visuals help create a compelling narrative around Bryant Park's winter activities, driving interest and attendance throughout the festive season.
34th St Partnership
In addition to the properties at 42nd street, the Bryant Park team also manages public space as the 34th St Partnership, overseeing events at Foley Square, Greely Square and all across the street by Macys and other Department stores. Typically this area is most active with public works in the winter around shopping and Holiday seasons.
Local Food Vendors
Experienced Visuals also provides promotional assets for several restaurants in the park, enabling them to boost their social media presence and increase foot traffic. Each December, Bryant Park invites Experienced Visuals to capture the excitement of ice skating demonstrations, food vendors, fireworks, and the overall holiday atmosphere. Their images are used to convey the magic of the season and attract visitors from near and far.
