Living Archive
Ongoing Institutional relationships
One of our main specialties is coordinating with cultural institutions, incubators, organizations, and production teams to generate a living, continusiously updated archive of media for evergreen social utilization and seasonal marketing re-use.
Often the long-view need for images is not always clear, but by providing consistency to subjects at all levels alongside the most significant cultural curators working today, we can make them prepared for any future storytelling needs both within their community and external to it.

New Energy Fest is a one-day music event on Governors Island powered by off-grid solar and battery systems. It was produced by DER Task Force and Constructive, with artist curation and build by Ad Hoc. The event shows how a small festival can run fully on distributed clean energy. Featuring underground performers like Junglepussy and Eartheater, New Energy provided a case study for musical entertainment that doesnt have to leave the impact of fossil fuel consumption. Experienced Visuals collaborated with the clean energy team to document the project.

SERVED UP
(2020)
Socially distant activations
During the height of the COVID-19 crisis, Experienced Visuals collaborated with Served Up to document a series of socially-distanced hospitality activations that reimagined service and safety in the age of the face shield.
The project captured the ingenuity and resilience of event professionals who continued to deliver elevated food and beverage experiences while adhering to strict health protocols. From open-air cocktail bars to masked mixology, the visuals highlighted how Served Up maintained a sense of celebration and connection despite physical distance. The imagery became both a time capsule of the era and a testament to the adaptability of hospitality in unprecedented times.
