event Marketing : Case Studies

H.H.C. / pier 17 - (2019+)

The Howard Hughes Corporation manages one of the World’s premiere outdoor entertainment venues. Experienced visuals has worked with the group to document the concerts, promote custom seasonal activations, and special one-of-a-kind appearances.

MOMA ps1 (2019+)

Museum curators invited cutting edge performers to entice audiences to the Queens museum’s outdoor patio featuring DJ dance parties and live performances. We were hired to capture creative and colorful photographs of the energy of the crowds, and colorful performers for publication in NYC subway ads, and utilizations in fundraising initiatives. 

Global Citizen’s Fest (2019+)

Global Citizen Fest, in its short history, has produced one of the largest worldwide fundraising events. from 2019 onwards we have been part of the in house team capturing on-stage partner moments as well as live highlights for the live broadcast program while implementing advanced workflow solutions for real-time image publication.

Other Clients

Apple Music

Apple Music has produced release events for invitation-only, audiences, while broadcasting events on its exclusive platform. Working closely with the production team creates opportunities to capture performances with high profile artists in non-traditional locations. Capturing these experiences while staying invisible to production video cameras is an especially unique challenge of these assignments, to which we are uniquely qualified.

Red Bull

The Red Bull Sound Select program provided opportunities to emerging artists at specific events. These events were locally curated by tastemakers throughout the world.The images created by our photographers provides the professional photographic content necessary for developing for press kits or other marketing collateral future promotional use. 

Coachella (AEG / Golden Voice)

GoldenVoice, producer of the Coachella Music Festival, invited us to join the in-house photography specialists documenting the festival, Our goal was to capture content for multiple stages and provide an insight into audience experiences. Images were used for promotional distribution to press, to contribute to festival image archives, and led to images being published in the 25th Anniversary Book Project.

Celebrate Brooklyn (BRIC)

For 5 seasons (2008-2013) our founder was exclusively contracted as house photographer for the Celebrate Brooklyn! summer concert series. Hosted in Prospect Park, each year, we were responsible for capturing an exhaustive shotlist of the season’s 30+ free-to-the-public and paid benefit events. With the opening of new multi-purpose venue BRIC House, our coverage expanded to  the new venue space in downtown Brooklyn.

Four:Four

Dance choreographers activated unique outdoor spaces throughout New York City with one of a kind collaborations between choreographers musicians and dancers. Four four curated these public experiences combining the artistic innovators in spontaneous and dynamic ways.

Fader Fort

For many years the team at Experienced Visuals had been contracted by The Fader Magazine, and their sister agency Cornerstone, to document the excitement of their legendary parties.  This has included pop-up concerts at SXSW and CMJ Festivals.

Genius

Genius has produced a series of Barbeque events in its headquarters in Brooklyn featuring performances from the industry’s hottest up-and-coming talent.  Our lead photographer was responsible for supplying event highlights and real-time transmission for management approval, resulting in rapid social media publication and vendor content sharing.

SPIN Media

SPIN Media has had a history of merging exciting content with a naturalistic sponsor involvement with partners such as Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Hilton, and Ford. These opportunities provided exciting editorially styled content for press distribution and brand recaps across publication channels.

Pop Gun

Our work with Popgun dates back to their role as caretakers at Glasslands Gallery in Williamsburg. Having been among the first invited to document the development and progress of their newest venue Elsewhere. We continue our relationship with the Popgun team as they celebrate many years of independent success in Brooklyn nightlife.


TruTV

TruTV produced experiences surrounding their popular comedic programs in conjunction with The Syndicate Agency as well as festival activations at SXSW. We told stories about the artist experiences backstage with candid snapshots and behind-the-scenes moments of their experiences.
