Experienced Visuals was contracted to document the new menu at the back of Saison, a restaurant unassumingly named ‘Classified’. The secret gem is tucked away in C120 in Newark Liberty International Airport only known to those who ask for it. Available for a premium experience while you wait to depart or have just arrived home. The lounge was in final stages of completion when we were invited in to shoot the entire menu and select social detail shots.
